Mabalacat City and San Simon in Pampanga have canceled face-to-face classes at all levels, extending until Friday, September 6. Furthermore, Tarlac province—including towns like Bamban, Capas, and Concepcion—has suspended all classes. In Zambales, both Botolan and Candelaria have halted face-to-face classes at all educational institutions.
In the Ilocos Region, municipalities in Pangasinan, such as Basista, Rosales, and Umingan, have declared class suspensions extending until Friday, September 6. Other towns, including Binmaley, Calasiao, Infanta, and Lingayen, have also suspended classes at all levels. Dagupan City has taken similar measures, ensuring the safety of students amidst the adverse weather conditions.
